Method I use is the bronze plays normal so they're the only one who won't stick out. If you see someone comically bad, it's not the bronze that's just their least played hero. Me on rein, tracer, doomfist is absolutely atrocious, but me on pharah or ball is probably the most dangerous in my friend group.

Yeah that's what I saw in this video as well. Taki was just having fun on Rein, but played badly on Orisa. Then when the match got close he switched back to Rein and played much better.

The biggest thing you have to pay attention to is reactions. On orissa, taki still knew to pull in the genji during blade even if they weren’t comfortable with javelin. Malkum on the other hand threw out abilities at random as well as missed some very lenient reactions missing what flats would call “athleticism”.

I made a comment & people are trying to argue the fact, “well the bronze & the others are also trolling so obviously it won’t be easy”- but I honestly believe this one was much easier than previous videos. If given enough watch time, those who are truly bronze will show it compared to simple trolling.

⁠​⁠​⁠@@atsukana1704 Also, it’s funny how the 2 times Emongg really watched the Bap, he uses abilities that did not need to be used which caused either his, or his teams death. For defense, when Taki was Orisa- his team gets Anti’d & he uses BOTH his burst heal & his lamp which was not needed & caused his death via Genji. Secondly, near the end regarding the random ult on the bridge- he uses his burst heal when his team is full Health which Rein could’ve used after being dived by the enemy Doomfist- then was slow to react in regards to lamping his low health Rein. They still had time, so they’re able to wait & re-group- but imagine if their rein lived? Their doomfist is dead, they have window, the rein is Alive & they’d be able to push the cart. It’s simple things that call out the obvious.

I just watched this and guessed on my own. I got blue team wrong where I guessed retro over amused. HOWEVER, there's critical evidence that lead to me guessing Malkum correctly. Simply check out 20:03 where Malkum is trying to heal his Orisa through the wall. It's like 3 shots in a row. This evidence alone was enough to convince me that Malkum was the bronze. Also, should say, Malkum played very well outside of this moment so I can see why he avoided detection.

I thought it was the bap the whole time until I saw that Orisa gameplay then I changed my mind. How that orisa isn't in silver is beyond me unless it was all memes. What gave the bap away for me was the AoE healing every time his team got anti'd and they didn't know the range on the AoE and just kinda... clicked the button a few times.

It's actually way higher than that. They were all GM1 Top 500 players (aside from the bronzes), you can read the fixed comment in here. They were obviously just memeing around to confuse us. Well the series isn’t about spotting the player that is bad or makes mistakes, the series is about finding the BRONZE level player. Also, as you can see in almost every one of these episodes, players deliberately meme and do super silly or strange things because they are trying to trick Emongg. That’s the point, and the chat ALWAYS fall for them, cas they’re too quick and desperate to dunk on someone who makes mistakes lol.

Like I said, other episodes have had people do REALLY well which made it challenging. I understand he wants to do this in a timely manner, so he can’t hyper focus on every single player- but giving everyone an even amount of time would probably be a better tactic.

He commented here about that specific moment and said he was also doing a bit of trolling himself to confuse us even more, so even though he WAS in fact the Bronze, you cannot use that play to justify that. The Bronzes can troll too. :D
