While I understand the idea of the lake view from the deck, the lake view from my bedroom window would be glorious to wake up to. Having my door facing the community as well as not walking thru the grass to get to my door would also be my choice.

Absolutely. Anything over 8 ft 6 in requires permits. These houses are 10'7 without the flower boxes and roof overhang. So they come out to be about 11 ft 4 in.

Pros and cons to that. You'd have to go around anytime you wanted to go in or out, rather than pulling up to the "front" in a more traditional setting like in this picture.

No ma'am, that is most certainly not true. You're commenting on a video that has a wide load house in it that requires permits and special equipment. How would I be able to acquire that if I wasn't licensed and insured? Common Sense should have told you that before you made such a ridiculous and insulting statement. I don't know who you heard that from but they're terribly mistaken. I'll be glad to send you over any proof you would like as soon as you contract me to pull your house.
