This is one of the BEST videos because: This move allows the hips \ core to rotate properly and fully, thus optimizing swing torque. Thx for the awesome video.

Thanks for all your videos!! How would you suggest to set up a station to use exercise band to practice the separation drill you speak about so often? It looks like the band needs to be about the same height as the right shoulder. Thanks again.

This has been one of the keys that has helped me shallow. So good.

Tried this some today in the backyard with some practice balls. It seemed to help my swing from what I could tell so I'm looking forward to taking it to the course this weekend. Ty🤝

excellent!! proper sequence and initial positions of the backswing allow the body and arms to naturally shallow the swing. you can teach and you can play, Well Done Boss!!

Your instructional videos are great. I would, however, like to see a video on setup/hand position/shaft position using a set of irons with offset. I currently use mizuno mx-200 irons, 7 thru pw, in my current club set. The offset is very noticeable in these clubs. (Clubs are in very good condition)

Excellent - thanks JC. At the top of the backswing should the butt of the club be pointed at your toe line ?

What has helped me is thinking only about my hip rotation and letting the hands and arms go where they may. I have found in the past that thinking about your hands or arms made me tend to get too stuck in the backswing. As long as you have a good grip and setup and rotate your belt buckle around yourself everything else takes care of itself. Just my thoughts thanks

I wish it was that simple.. Thought about only my hips with heavy spaghetti noodle arms for years (Shawn Clement) and realized my hips were rotating quickly while my hands and arms were getting stuck behind my body, and I had to flip/cast to keep from hitting it way right. Some people can instinctually keep their hands in front of their chest. I have to think really hard about my hands and arms to do this, but the good news is, it works. I'm hitting it better than ever. That's why I'm always on this channel ;)

@@francisgeorge8270 try using a towel underneath your arms and think about rotating your core/ hips without using your arms . Start slowly u will find that your body/ hips are the main engine of the swing

Is it worth trying this with driver too? Or with driver are we looking for pure width? Excellent vid as ever.

Exactly the same with driver 👍🏼

Need to implement this for sure.. Question, what are your thought on the stack and tilt method? Would you recommend to take anything out of it or nah?
@jchowngolf2 жыл бұрын
It’s great for golfers who struggle with low point control. Not the most powerful though
