This Is the Largest Value Village/Savers I've Ever Been to 2020

Welcome to this week's thrift haul! I decided to check out a giant Value Village that is in a neighbouring city -I feel like it's the largest thrift store I've ever been to. Lots of neat stuff and I managed to find a few nerdy items!

Dune books by Brian & Kevin take it to new heights. Spidey light is very cool. Totally agree with the fill a bag for a price idea. Some bags have one great item and 8 crummy ones. But you only want that one item, urgh. Nice haul.

The B1 is awesome, I would watch Bananas in Pajamas when I got home from work at nights, yes I was an adult, but such a good show. Thanks Laura. We do have a value village but our dollar store is cheaper so I have been going there instead. Air Bud vhs would have been Dante approved for sure. Nice haul. I saw the Simpson’s Clue at your store. In my board game collecting days that one plus 3 other different clues,3 different Risk and 5 different Monopolys. Sad thing, been years since any saw action. I'm in Oklahoma and frequent Goodwill all the time, although my hunt is usually for clothes as I don't have space for the fun stuff (i.e. toys). I used to collect Todd McFarlane Spawn action figures and us them as Christmas tree ornaments, but even that idea was shot down. Thoroughly enjoy your channel. You make collecting fun and whether it's clothes or toys, it's all in the hunt.

Value Village reminds me of our local Goodwill. In fact, it almost looks identical in layout and shelving. They take donation and overcharge for them because, you know, "charity"....lol. I'm glad Dante' approved of most of your haul, but I'm curious as to Mr. Muffin's opinion of your ill gotten gains! :) He probably has a more critical eye! Great vid, as always!

I saw a bicycle pump at a Value Village with a dollar store sticker/logo still on it with a Dollar Store price tag of $3.00 The value village price tag...$7.00. They are definitely not a true thrift store.

I know, it happened to me as well, I have seen a pair of ceramic hen and rooster and I knew they were sold a few years ago at the Dollar Store, and I knew there price. Value Village was selling them twice the price of the Dollar Store. You have to be careful with what you buy there, sometimes the prices are not so great. Not bad for stuff that was donated to them.

We dont have a value village here! We dont really have any thrift stores close by aside from one teeny one that's mostly clothes and housewares, a clothing closet that only has clothes and dust, and one teeny antique market and that's where I usually look, unless I drive a bit to get to the two giant antique malls. Growing up we had more places and giant flea markets but nowadays not so much. I saw that Jurrasic park VHS and thought yup shes gonna grab another one XD gatta. I cant go out to thrift so ima just vicariously live through you while you shop haha.

There is a Value Village along queen street in Riverside I think in Toronto and I went in once to see if I could get anything for my kitchen. I swear everything in it was barely less expensive than if i had gone to Canadian tire and bought it NIB. Also Dante is a very good boy, yes he is!

If you get to the U.S. take some time and look for a Goodwill outlet. It is full of bins on wheels. Every 3 hours they take them out and replace them. You have to wait for the whole row to be filled before you can start digging. If you don't they will let you know it. Almost everything is sold by weight. Fill up your shopping cart and push on scale. There are people who spend the day filling cart after cart.
