This is the most DELICIOUS thing I have ever eaten! Just add mayonnaise to the dough!

RECIPE for snails with cottage cheese and raisins.
100g mayonnaise.
250 ml warm milk.
3 tablespoons vegetable oil.
Mix everything together.
Add 80g sugar.
7 g dry yeast.
Mix everything well.
Sift 500 g flour.
5g salt.
Knead the dough with a spatula.
Add flour in parts.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Place the dough on the table.
Knead the dough with your hands.
Form the dough into a ball.
A total of 520 g of flour was required.
Grease a bowl with vegetable oil.
Place the dough in a bowl.
Cover the dough with cling film.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
For the filling:
250 g cottage cheese or ricotta cheese.
60g sugar.
1 egg white.
Mix everything well.
The dough turned out well.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Place the dough on the table.
Press the dough down with your hands.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
Dough size 40*40 cm.
Put the filling on the dough.
Add 3 tablespoons of raisins to the cottage cheese.
Roll the dough into a roll.
Seal the edges of the dough.
Divide the dough into 9 parts.
Use dental floss.
Each piece of dough measures 4.5 cm.
Place the rolls on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Cover the buns with cling film.
Leave the rolls in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Mix 1 egg white and 1 tablespoon of milk.
Brush the rolls with a mixture of egg yolk and 1 tablespoon milk.
Bake the rolls in the oven preheated to 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
