She thought I was lying about a few things and she’s just been overwhelmed about a lot of other things. She told me she was thinking about cutting me off over the whole situation. @@Stay_Grounded Coach Blac keeps saying this. Whatever reason they give you for leaving is not usually the reason. The main reason anyone leaves or thinks of leaving is because they lost attraction. Usually because they didn't have that fear of loss because we were too available and showed them too much love they took it for granted (Happens all the time). I think r/shps are all about constantly mirroring and readjusting our investment. If she's thinking of cutting you off... I like that you're backing off already... Thing is dude, after the break up self confidence crashes and its hard not to look at yourself in a positive position. Everything seems hopeless.. There is no logical thought in your mind. Its all very well saying do this or this will not happen. Or if your not the type of person who can change then this wont happen. Who can be that judgemental of another. @@blacademic does no contact work if he is already in a rebound relationship and i had already went 30days without talking to him until i let my feelings and emotions get the best of me where i was pleading to him about fighting for our relationship after a 20yr friendship and 3yr relationship he claim he was in a better space with the rebound who he got with two weeks after we broke up and she moved from new york to miami to be with him but yet he been inboxing me on instagram love songs about missing me and different reel videos about relationships etc and how he misses me like crazy but he refuse to get hurt by me again when that never was the case he was the cheater he open the door to entertain other women after our first year of dating and i forgave him time after time because of the love i had for him so when i finally got tired of him disrespecting me i started talking and entertaining other guys on the side to get even and when he found out he asks for space and we decided to give us one last shot which i was being loyal and faithful to him until i found out he was doing the same thing with these different women i went out of town for a weekend which he assume i went with a man because i didnt invite him nor talk to him that whole weekend due to me being upset with him i guess thats when he chose to make it official with the rebound for her to leave her town home new york that means he had been made plans but he will see and realize in the end he messed up so im going no contact again and this time longer than 30days i just deleted my messenger and instagram app off my phone so i dont receive any messages from him right now and that way i dont give in or respond back to him immediately i need to really make him feel it and know that he had a damn good woman

I broke up with him in February 2022. He had to contact my mom to get me. I asked him why and when he fell out of love with me, he said, "I fell out of love with you at the end of April (this year 2023). It was the hurt, the betrayal, and you doing me that way." So then what do you do in the instance your ex left to be back with their child's parent? I was in a situationship for 1 and 3 months with this woman. Initially, I called to walk away because her actions just weren't matching with her words. She'd say she'd want these things with me, but never really made the effort to make them happen. And I had this discussion more than once. Wonderful woman for the most part and I knew she cared for me and wanted what was best for me; it's just that when it came to making an actual commitment she would get cold feet. Was it relationship trauma, fear of the unknown, scared of being hurt, all of the above? Idk. I just know that it was easier for her to ultimately decide to go with one last try with her baby daddy to see if they can make it work for the sake of their son. Her son is about 15 months old, so he's practically still a new baby. It makes no sense to me whatsoever because she's choosing to be with a man that has historically been unable to commit to her for 7 years. They've been off/on for 7 years and this man has never once tried to propose. Even when his son was born, he didn't budge. So now all of a sudden you think that's going to change? Anyhow, she wanted me to stick around as a friend. Said she wanted me to remain in her life in some kind of capacity if not as her man. She would continue to reach out via text and sometimes I'd call to discuss what happened and how I felt betrayed. Till I just got tired of it and said to myself I'm not going to be sat on the bench while you make up your mind. I have more self-respect than that and you will not use me as a back-up plan in case things go awry with this guy. In addition, it wasn't constructive or right of me to continue to throw up what she's done to me in her face. It was time to stop being petty and handle the situation logically and not filled with emotions. I just decided to have a (possibly final) mature conversation without any tension or hostility. So I told her look, since we didn't officially commit to each other, it's not like she cheated me to be with him. But it was still foul how she conducted yourself and wasted my time. However, if things don't work and she seeks me out, maybe we can discuss trying to start over from scratch. But she's going to have to work that much harder to prove she wants to commit; because I'm not welcoming her back with open arms. But I also told her if you seek me out and I'm with another woman, you just lost out and that's a decision you'll have to live with. I'm not pausing my life and waiting on you. That's just not going to happen. We've been in no contact since 5/16/2023 and I have not reached out since. She did just recently reach out to me out of the blue on social media on 6/21/2023. I kept things cordial and wasn't bitter, but I didn't give her the response she was probably seeking; wanting me to express how much I missed her. That has to be earned and will be a gradual process. She has to show me how serious she really is. In the meantime, I've just been continuing to work both jobs and have been enjoying the company of other women since.

@@TheRealMrRoby78 You're welcome. I'd say when she contacts you, let her know you miss her too, but that you're doing all right. Always give her less than she's looking for, but don't brush her off. If she lands on the suspicion that she has issues, maybe tentatively mention fearful avoidant attachment as something you heard about that reminded you of her, but don't make it sound like you're labeling her or like you've done a deep dive. More of a "hope this helps" thing. There are a ton of useful videos on this on the Personal Development School channel, Heidi Priebe's channel, and Paulien Timmer's channel.

What is your opinion on no contact if you did something wrong but she took it that way even though you are logically correct😂 lmao. Point is, if you hurt her and you tried to reach out to reconcile but she won’t talk to you or make time to meet you in person to talk it over? So my ex and I were in a relationship for a month and a half. When we started a relationship and we where good. He was caring and sweet. I had started making plans with him that i would vist him after graduation next summer. He tolf me he didn't want to scare me off. Always mad me fell important But as time went on something happened where we got in to a little fight. We got over it and we where good. Then 3 weeks later I texted him one night he told me I was gorgeous. Then the next day he stopped talking. Then that next weekend I was working at my school's connsession stand for softball districts. One thing lead to another some how he ended up blocked on my snap. I asked my friend to text him to ask if he was OK because I though he blocked. He blocked her. Well I unblocked him to find that he had blocked me. That next morning I had a panic attack and the next week I texted him no response. Will no contact work in this type of situation. Because I really love him and feel like we belong together. I have go no contact for a just over month now. Just wanted some advice because I want to work things out with him. I have really been working hard to improve because I was really anxious when we where together because I thought that if he didn't text me with in a half hour to an hour that he was leaving. I know that was not healthy thinking so I have be doing things to change that. So if you have any advice on how to proceed that would be great. Because I really feel that if we can get through this we can be a great couple. He was really there when I need him. And If he does reach out like my intuition is telling me how do I proceed.
