This is how I enjoy a healthy Indomie/Noodles Meal
Will You Try It?
Ingredients:
2 Packets- Indomie or Noodles of choice
1 - Carrot
1 - Stalk of Lettuce
2 - Eggs
1tsp - Chili Powder or To Taste
Noodle Seasoning
Salt To Taste

This reminds me of Filipino Pansit Bihon. You can use rice noodle instead of the Indomie noodles, and they sell spice packets in many Asian food stores, and you would get a different variation on this theme. Great recipe, thank you!

Before adding Lettuce to your noodles, make sure your noodles is fully cooked and ready to eat. Turn off the fire and add your Lettuce. With this method, it won't get cooked and taste bitter. I hope this helps. Lettuce is not like cabbage or spinach that can be cooked or survive heat. Heat damages Lettuce and makes it sour/bitter.
