Great story, and I am happy to see you are satisfied. Being a KZbinr is very similar to running your own business. You should upload things people want to see, just like businessman should offer product/service that people need. And when the growth becomes real, you can consider hiring people to help you run your channel more efficiently. The most difficult part is starting and growing of course, but consistency and hard work (with a little bit of help from Fame- ster of course) will always pay off at the end.

I understand what you are saying. So, now it comes down to "paid promotion." A quality video that is NOT paid promoted is competing with videos that could be of bad quality and the bad quality video is prioritized because the creator pays YT to prioritize the video. If this is the reality, then small YT creators really have no choice IF they want views, watch hours, and subscribers. We are "forced" into paid promotion. So YT makes money from ads on our videos and now it makes money from the us paying them to priorized our videos. Lovely. 🙁

I found it today. When you go to your studio, then click on "content", and you will see "promotions" on the top row of options (videos, shorts, live, posts, playlists, podcasts, Promotions). I hope this helps.
