I have a take I want y’all to hear. I think they should bring back 6v6 as a game mode, so you have 6v6 ranked/ quick play and 5v5 ranked/ quick play. Because I Definitley enjoyed OW1 more than 2 but I think many players have their own preference on what’s better so if blizzard had both they have even more players and potential people to spend money on the game and they can keep everyone happy with their own game mode. Not sure if this would actually do well but just an idea everyone else probably thought of already😂

I've been trying to learn doomfist in quickplay recently and every time I land an empowered punch on someone near a wall they either get suzu'd, immortality field, or a life weaver just yoinks them away. It's getting so annoying how on pretty much every tank any time I actually make a play or an enemy really screws up, they just get saved by their supports.

I get so many people in my games saying shit like MTD, tank diff/gap, etc as if I have any impact on what's happening. All it takes is a negative K/D for people to write you off as a waste of skin. Mfers play Illari and Kiriko not knowing they are the final boss in this game, trying to 1v1 them as a DPS is straight up a horror game, and when you do get a support low they have so much OP utility such as immortality or teleport /fade out that it doesn't matter.

I'm no pro player but i do know my way around a good amount of the characters, one of my favorites is Doom, the thing is nowdays my friends keep blaming me for "being bad at Doom" and yeah as i've said i'm not the best out there but i know i'm not the worst either. Watching Flats play and applying the same strats and techs and still having a hard time in some weird way makes me feel better, knowing that we are doing the best we can when playing these characters but sometimes there's just too much BS going on to do good in the game 😂

Well it should because doom is hard and your friends are dicks 😠, in 90% of games rn, even if your tank is being diffed there are so many other things that can be done by the team and swapping tank is the weakest option. Swap supps or dps, then you have real impact. But from a REAL doom player, I fellto d3 this season it's hard out here for a doom main, but you fuckin got it bro keep on your doom journey even if your friends call you bad, prove them wrong!

If you play like flats as doom you are really bad at playing the character conceptually, as doom you have to play agro, even if you die, your character gets 0 value if you just play at punching people away, that playstile can work out in some push maps, but for most of it if you dont commit to kills you arent playing the character well, flats plays like this because he is a tank (orisa) player that can think that can tank all the dmg in the world in a choke, when in reality doom is less tanky than bastion and because of that they play like this with every tank, its a wrong concept to apply if you play characters that arent rein, ram, sig and orisa, overwatch 2 has applied perfectly the concept (except for orisa) that tanks cant tank and they have to play as dps nowadays more than a tank because otherwise they will just explode, and that is why a lot of times you as a tank if you something like doom, hog, junkerqueen, winston and you manage to do kills on your own or distract the whole enemy team the tank role is not even that bad, tanks these days are strong not for do dmg but confirm kills and avoid getting headshoted by snipers, but of course if you sit on payload or on a choke the whole game no wonder that you will not be able to do anything, you are getting focus from multiple angles and standing still in one position, dont get surprised if the enemy team is focusing you, tanks arent anymore inmortal beings that their job is taking dmg (except for orisa), is playing as conservative as a dps or even more because you cant do as much dmg as they do

@@pinkdmehn tanks are initiators and dps follow up the tank to help confirm the kills, normally the tank is who gets the final blow most of times because the dps only shoot somebody who was already in a bad position shooting the tank, tanks really are the ones who confirm kills a lot easier than dps do except for widow and hanzo, and im not even gonna bother with one of the fanboys of flats about high elo anymore, literally ANY game mode is a tryhard game and even in quickplay all players right now had pretty good game sense and mechanical skill, the only game mode that maybe still has players that are new or bad at the game still is team deathmatch or quick play open queue, and for you to know it im a tank player (not orisa) so i reclaim miself to know a lot more about the subject than you do for the simple fact that you dont know anything on how high elo lobby works because they dont exist anymore, EVERYTHING is a high elo lobby now and trust me even if you die if you force cooldowns, do a lot of dmg and distract the enemy team it does get a lot more of value rather than just stand still waiting till the other tank dies, because if the other tank doesnt die you are literally afk being an ult charge battery for your supports, at this point you should be just a payload princess the rest of your life and dont even hesitate to think outside the box how to play the game, and then you will see "tank diff" in your game because you didnt even tried to do anything, you were a charge to your team and just because you sit still you think you win the game when in reality you just got carried by your team, play the game like a dps, not as a tank because believe it or not tanks are only unplayable when they play bastion, even though with a lot of tanks you can avoid bastion, but its the only character that makes you play passively, tanks had a big health pool, but believe it or not you had to take care of it, otherwise you will die, that is how you have to play the game now unfortunately, you cant just tank 3 people looking at you unless you are an orisa of course

Every single time i play tank its either i do 90% of the work and my team leeches off my success and doesnt give me credit or my team acts like im not there, doesnt give me any support and i end up getting rolled, playing tank is the fastest way to end up with crippling depression, and when i say they dont give me credit i mean they talk shit to me even tho i out damage both dps but dont top frag because even tho i did all the damge i dont get credit for the kill, not even assist, the soldier and the anna who nano boosted him do even tho the soldier hit that person with a stray bullet doing a whopping total of ten damage…..imma just stick to support and dps cuz then it at least makes sense when people shit talk to me

its sad, the moment i heard people complaining about tanks being raid bosses i was thinking "tanks are gunna suck soon mark my words" and they turned tanks into giant punching bags. they need to revert EVERY tank nerf from season 3 onwards. they gutted tank for NO reason and now tanks are literally just free kills. like why the hell were people upset that tanks could 1v1 dps and supports, thats what tanks SHOULD be capable of, they SHOULD be stronger then dps, because they are easier to hit in comparison. thats the tradeoff. durability for ease of hitting. a tank will destroy a dps in a 1v1, thats how its been in EVERY team based game. a sole character should NOT be able to beat a character designed to TANK HITS. but now tanks can literally be 1v1'ed by supports. how the hell did they think this was a good decision.
