@ZXY instead of the hit marker sound only playing when you hit another person, it plays every time you hit a shot. Most people would only hear it when they hit a player directly (one balled them) but it also used to play if you did any kind of damage to the player before. So the “new” sound everyone is talking about is just the hit marker sound

Same, I live in Sweden and apparently there's no local server here in the country, so we're tunneled through a Teredo server over to the HQ in the US. 80-100 ping average is normal for me on EU servers, kinda sucks tbh.
