From my experience with visualizing, when you imagine yourself doing something, you know what to do and how to do it from A-Z and you replicate it

@@Liu013 you will need to close your eyes and relax your body if possible through a guided audio file, once completely relaxed you can visualise things as per your requirement.

When I was taking my c license test I would go over the maneuvers in my mind over and over when i wasnt in the driver seat. I'm definitely confident that it was beneficial.

I learned that while hitting the heavy bag, people asked to train them , but I learned after watching KZbin videos that by visualizing i was Mike Tyson training my speed, power and accuracy increased .

When I used to swim way back in middle school (and a bit of late elementary), I once got a similar piece of advice. I just remembered it existed, so now i wanted to see if it worked.

Not everyone can imagine as some people cant visualise who have Aphantasia. They can't see things in mind but they can feel it

I actually can play football without the ball. I am still as good i am always. And sometimes i can imagine losing the ball. And sometimes i hit my fit on the wall. So i have done this.
