Like I remember reading about a serial killer years ago, he tried to have witnesses killed from inside prison and actually partially suceeded. He was found guilty and the judge sentenced him to death partly on the grounds that nobody who had crossed him would ever be truly safe as long as he remained alive even if he was locked up (well that and he killed like 10 people already)

Reverse flash was aways the weakest of the enemies in terms of writing for me, the dumbest reason to turn evil as well, almost kinda shoved down fans' throats just because someone wanted to make hin flash enemy at all costs, the tv show was never really good because of that.
