blender合成出来的星光特效总是很死板，可惜我不会AE，AE可以做出那种闪烁的星光，blender理论上来说应该也可以。但是需要在合成节点上做更多的功夫。

There are manu ways to do the sparkles. You are right indeed, Blender glare is not the best, but it's easy and quick, so when I don't care that much I use that, it looks nice enough and it's pretty fun. The sparkles are made using compositor nodes, there's not much you can do there, compositor nodes are not than many and the glare effect is indeed not very flexible nor very powerful. And about using AE well very much surely, but I don't like Adobe softwares at all, they are a plague. There are tricks in Blender to do better sparkles, I had no need to use them here
