It appears sometimes very often...first I thought it's only a coincidence but when you see this "66" number every day few times ( 06:06 , paying exactly 66 cash for shoping), walking on the street and suddenly hear a random people saying " its 66" ...coming home open tv and was on channel number 66 and so one....weird.
