An interesting point. In terms of absolute rarity, yes quite easily. However that is considered a pattern coin. Also the only known example is in the Smithsonian, so it is off the market forever. Also the '33 has broader market appeal, so it's not guaranteed to sell for more if the second specimen were to appear. It would be interesting though.
