John, just take a look at the sales details, his mobile number is there too, just call him up and you will likely find he is not so brave on the phone, all customers have their number as part of their contact details, but agree, he should not be showing his details via his ebay page etc... IMHO chat with him.

@@BrumReseller honestly, I call up a fair few ebay customers, I sell pc parts, often quite expensive parts, often to ensure they know what they are doing and to confirm compatibility, I've chatted to loads of good buyers, plus the fastest way to tame a keyboard warrior is a phone call, be polite etc, let them know you know your product, demonstrate knowledge, easiest way to defuse the situation, don't let it rumble on, works well with lost items too, show you care etc, gives it the personal touch / excellent customer service, it will save on the neg feedback too..

Its was Whatnot that was offering zero fees and I wouldn't put my expensive stuff anywhere near Whatnot prob get a fiver for it

Before you sell a record do you play it all the way through? Just wondering as it’s taking me ages to do this and thinking perhaps it’s not worth it..

If it looks like it has issues i will and explain how it sounds but generally to stop any issues down the line ill only list vg upwards records. Some records look perfect and there will be a skip there's no stopping that but also could be the equipment the person is using (needle being too light rubbish record player etc)

If a buyer has done anything to an item, in any way, it is now not in the condition you sent it. Sonic clean is vibration in water or fluid. You do not need to accept it back. Spk ebay.
