This Is What A Mountain Of Gold Looks Like in Hydroneer

Our most productive operation yet. This includes sorting material so it's only gold in that big pile. Before I start mining I try a strategy to sort through my previous hoard. It doesn't work but it was a fun idea. Simply dropping the pile onto a conveyor. I abandon that and use part of it to start my new pure pile. Everything else gets sorted along the way to things are somehow more organized. Plus I improved the drills so they mine even more gold. Hydroneer gameplay with my commentary as always!

Heres a great tip, drop a bed at the stockmarkets and sleep until you get a good day for selling stuff Also try using that expensive mining vehicle to flatten out the land so you can drive your truck in

Try Settings up the crucible so that iron falls into a hot bucket in fire. That was the pieces Fall into the Liquid iron, melt and are removed. No pile up of iron + less pieces it has to Prozess = more Processing power for gold pieces

Mc Lovin sadly, that doesn’t really end up working.There has to be stuff in it before it heats up, or it doesn’t melt.Idk maybe thats just a glitch

You can also put the crucible inside a stone block, the fire pokes out the top. The the pot sits flat on the top so more ore goes in but still heats up and melts. Very clean setup if you can do it.

Play Rune Factory 4! Farming, mining, dungeon crawling, levels for just about everything including silly stuff like sleeping. several weapon classes, and ridiculous weapon upgrade system. Plus you have more than a hundred ways to make tons of money! P.S. I'm really liking the Hydroneer series.

Whoa, I didn't think I would find anyone else that played Rune Factory 4. I agree. In this case, I'd say RF4S just for better graphics, but DF would absolutely sell hundreds of maxed out gold juice and make gear so broken he could sit there and tank the level 12,000 post game dungeon (I can help with that). I can also imagine him going crazy with status weapons.

Try putting 1 filter into a conveyor and then into another filter, it should release the iron at a manageable rate so you should get alot less jams with iron (by filter I mean that item that separates the ores)

I have some advice, back the truck right into the shop and when putting the tin slopes and bases and basically any object in, Jump. Let the object fall into the truck from a height, i've found this to be the easiest way to load it right up :D Only exception seems to be pipes. they always just drop in nice and easy.

DF really should have all the crucibles heated under his sorter, then it would just make ever pricier bars since the developer made it so the molten metal would combine with new nuggets. Then just use a saw when making necklaces, etc.

You can use the sorters to center the materials on the conveyor belt. That should help with large clumps and jam ups.

Just a thought here I havent gotten very far in the game myself but you can keep adding gold/iron to pots as it is melting down. So maybe if you had it sorted into pots as they are melting the gold and iron. could help with the jam ups and may allow you to keep going indefinitely

Fell in love with this game and grinded 40 hours in about 3 days. Actually runs quite good on max graphic settings but if I keep the mining running for more then 10 minutes the pile of Gemstones smokes my GTX 1080 if I try to pick it up. Also the car flipping is so weird

Shard bars can be used to smelt a bunch into a single one (obviously) so you get more pressure from that one place. Could try melting a few dozen into a superbar to power the entire thing with a single one in future builds.

Chiknoodle the magnet staff would cause all of the gold to update(make the game load them in as actual objects) so they then would be affected by gravity and would fall. So the staff would be a good idea.

yeah, last time he tried using the staff magnet, the pile was not even 10% of what it is now, and even then the game almost lagged out completely from calculating all the collision data. ten times more gold would mean 1000% increase in lag. The game would literally be unplayable at that framerate.

I think that if the small dirt rocks have a wider conveyor to travel on it'll be a lot smoother and there will be more space for the dirt to spread out, making there fewer large clumps which lead to jams.

Hey DF, you can turn off the water from the end of the conveyor line by turning the red valves on the side of them (the only thing you need plugs for is sorters)

You should put pots on a conveyor belt that items get poured into from your sorters and then you can either smelt it manually or somehow take it further by automating the smelting

Take the idea of the sorters and conveyor belts and now multiply by 10. Have a loooooong line coming out from the grinders and the system to get the ores exposed. Then have it fall onto a conveyor belt that is super long. That belt should have multiple stations where it's just several sorters sorting one item. Those sorters drop those items onto another series of conveyor belts that then go towards some sorting system that drops the seperate ore into the crucibles
