Hi everyone! I would like to address something that feel is necessary within the context of this video. My intention in posting this raw look into my chemo journey is to share and hopefully educate those looking for more information. It is also intended to help others feel a little less alone regardless of the particular hardship, medical or otherwise one may be going through. I want you all to know that my determination, positivity and happiness is NOT false! It is so very important to me that the message behind this video is not misunderstood or misconstrued in any way. In other words this is not a ‘boo hoo’ ‘feel sorry for me’ video! I do NOT post things for fake empathy from others or for likes & views. Thank you all for your ❤ & positivity.

My brother was diagnosed with stage 3 colorectal cancer in June. He did radiation and a 7 day chemo ball from July 17 to August 25. September 11, his chemo ball went to two days a week every two weeks. Monday, his blood count was low, but he was able to do his treatment as scheduled. He gets it removed tomorrow (Wednesday). Due to blood counts being borderline, his next treatment will be in three weeks. Once he completes chemo, in December or January, he will have surgery. God bless you.

@@irenedavo3768 I'm sorry. I worked with oncology patients for a little while and it seems that cancer doesn't care how old you are or anything. Is your husband ok ?

I absolutely DO NOT silently cry! That is not who I am. In fact, I haven’t felt sorry for myself not once on my cancer journey. Thank you for your well wishes ❤

@@starwoman3036good for you! I am 6 years clear of HER2 breast cancer and had a positive outlook from day one and I had no problems with chemo, radiation and surgery. Even worked through the whole process. I think a persons outlook is everything! Hugs from Idaho ❤
