As a Valentina player, in my opinion, you should build enchanted talisman after magic shoes. I find it more effective than having demon shoes with burst build as valentina works differently than most mages. So yeah try building Magic shoes then enchanted talisman, it should help your mana problem.

When copying a hero that has ults that needs conditions to unlock (like Wanwan) You don't have to do the conditions and if it's an ultimate that changes or enchance skills you will get all of the skills and will also get the passive if the passive is about basic attack that does not require skill 1 or 2, but some transformations like pharsa's passive will not give you all of the skills as it only gives you the ability to pass through obstacles and more movement speed, not skill change.

Use Magic shoes, Enchanted Talisman, COD, L. Truncheon, holy Crystal. Use and Abuse her terrify passive. Skill 1-2-1-2-1 instead of 1-2-2-1. You'll really need CD reduction items. Plus it'll solve your mana problems.

As a Valentina main, first picking her is always a bad idea, because you might countered like enemies picking Popol, Harith, Esme, Valir, Zilong, Uranus, Gusion or any heroes who got ultimates useless for Valentina's kit. So it's better to wait for enemies to pick heroes with great ult like Morph Ults, AOE CC Ult (tanks), or High Damage Ults that don't require stacks or hero passive to be powerful.

Use impure rage instead and try semi tank build : lightning truncheon, clock of destiny, CD boot, mana book(20%cd) brute force breastplate and lastly oracle( after buying oracle, sell CD boot and replace with warrior boots or magic res boot). Concentrated energy is unnecessary since she has health *regeneration* as her passive.

Valentina is a good hero not necessarily op. She is not supposed to be 1st pick. Usually 3pick when there are atleast 3 heroes in enemy lineup since she is usually situational. Picking her 1st can put u at a disadvantage since enemies can just pick heroes that has boring ults to steal

Valentina can use all the skills of the hero if their ult is a transformation skill that give you new set of skills like Roger, Selena, Yu Zhong, Yin, Gloo, Johnson, Lapu Lapu, Edith, Leomord and Hanzo. I prefer to use the clock of destiny and lightning truncheon combo alongside with genius wand and demon boots or a pen boots and enchanted talisman to maximize her dominance, if late game arrives, I sell one of my items for calamity reaper to deal dmg. Also, a small magic life steal item in the Early to Mid game helps so much, no need to fully buy concentrated energy, it's justa temporary item or a great transition item if you need necklace of durance

She's really not that overpowerful imo But she's really good in a 1v1 situation I mean, her 1st skill is a burst/cc skill, 2nd for dash/magic dps, ult for convenience and her passive to let her be in the high ground most of the time (lifesteal or extra exp)

copying wanwan`s ult might seemed to be a good idea, bcoz u can use it anytime, but for a hero like valentina that relies on magic dmg and don`t need attack speed items its actually the contrary
