I'm almost 60. 5 years ago, I took JBP's advice to "tell the truth, and whatever happens happens." Man, I tell you, it was the scariest thing I ever did, and I've been bungee jumping. I did it in small doses at first until I grew stronger and bolder. I wish I did this 30 years ago.

I think the Spirit within us is just like a child, innocent and appreciative. I honestly understand what you're saying as far as knowing what can happen in life when it's been exposed in years gone by. We don't want to be fools but if I keep looking behind me in the past there I am fearful not in the moment of Now. Shouldn't I instead look where I am going in childlike innocence and compassion ?

Please pardon my ignorance of the acronym CSA, for it's understanding is not included in what I am about to say. Wasted or you will now have understanding, reason and resolve inside before anyone that would scoff at our character that you know inside you can be; no one is self-made, but one can be self determined. I am but a few years behind you and may I say "Your perception determines your reality." Hope this helped.

Buddhism said, “Peace inside first!”…and, “Use this until you don’t need this.” I think Judaism is for our inner child, Christianity is adolescence, and Islam is for the adult in all of us. (Kinda funny..”We who wrestle with God”, and “Islam = surrender”🤷♂️) “HEE HAW!..my good man!..”hee haw…” … This guy is hilarious! Russian is the language of the soul ... self-proclaimed. The truth is we humans unfortunately are tricked into thinking that missed opportunity is the WORST thing that can happen, other than slavery or death. Freedom to choose makes us slaves to those choices. Truth is independent of choice. It must be. Trust is easy to break and difficult to form. So, who do we truly trust? When it comes to loss of that freedom, I believe the numbers are very few ... to nearly ONE. Seek the ONE!

Thanks for honoring freedom of speech. According to everyone that believes in a creator ... the truth is that the universe was at one time created. Yet there isn't any proof that the unscientific story is true. From the book ... The Use and Misuse of Language … edited by S. I. Hayakawa … first published 1943. If there is one thing certain, the truth will not be caught once and for all in a net of words alone, nor does it like to be imprisoned in theory; it is much too fond of its liberty.

Speaking the truth is sound. Also known as honesty 🤔 ... but there is the initial condition to first, if it is to be constructive: the spirit in which it is done, or as the apostle Paul writes, "speaking the truth in [a spirit of] love". I have heard it said that speaking the truth without that is only to speak judgment/condemnation, which is not a generally helpful tone of voice. ... and then there are all the complications of metaphor to describe the ways we are generally less than forthrightly honest - the "knots of 'nuance' accreted within the often fog of 'white lies', the euphemisms of ironic disingenuity or understatement, rationalised on whatever pretext". And the like. Pretentious word for all of which is semiotics technically speaking, perhaps ... the understandings of which vary considerably across cultures, & most of it has become unwitting by adulthood: shared, taken as read & understood about the way we roll locally: 'The older fish asked the younger fish, "How's the water?" To which the younger fish reply, "What's 'water'?' " ' When do you know (when and just how much) it is helpful to directly, bluntly honest? Or is it a guaranteed way to lose friends and alienate people, no matter with how much goodwill you were truly honest at first?
