Well done! .. looks like a real nice quality bracelet you made there. I have recently made a copy of a Vessica seal in pewter. My Wife found it & wants me to make one in Silver for her.👍

Very good! You have a great talent and lots of patience to make that. My wife used to make jewellery and o know how tedious it can be. Beautiful end result though, you should be proud of yourself!

Nicely done. I assume you recover the swarf and melt it down?
@lincolnshireshistory6877 Жыл бұрын
Hi Philip.i just work with Stirling silver and gold. mainly what i find.not sure what swarf means
@PhilipWillsWorld Жыл бұрын
@@lincolnshireshistory6877 Swarf is the metal sawdust from cutting, filing and shaping the silver. In some jewellers they burn the carpets and clothes of the metal workers and collect the precious metal filings etc.

Great video mate. You are a man of many talents. How many coins did you melt down to make that bracelet.
@lincolnshireshistory6877 Жыл бұрын
Hi Nick.i normally wait till i have around 3oz of silver scrap.then i melt it and make silver grains with it.the weight of the bracelet was about 50g
