Finally someone sharing the truth about therapy. They're so expensive which is understandable but it's a business. I had such a bad experience w a therapist. I had traumas and fears which I was sharing and she literally told me like can u pls come to the point we're running out of time. It was horrible

Tears broke from my eyes i can't see you crying yoopa💔 I was going through so much because of betrayal from my friends and pressure from family. My one whole year i went thru depression and EHS and it was severe af i saw a psychiatrist and started taking medication i remember watching your videos you really really helped me a lot in my recovery 💗🫂 it's been 3 months since i stopped taking meds but again the EHS problem is arising but please yoopa stay consistent stay strong 💕💕💕

Be grateful for the genuine friends you have. And it's okay to not have friends too. We realize that we need friends to share our happiness and sorrows too, the only true friend that you can have is you yourself. That is the truth. You have your mom you can share your feelings and let me tell you no other no person would love you the way she does.. I am talking frim my own experience. Currently I have zero friends. I don't even have my mom. When there are times I feel low I pray and try talking to God. Stay strong girl there is more to life. 😊

Yoopa I am so happy u r in a better place now mentally. It's so true life is so unexpected many people leave us but whatever happens happens for good. God filters out the people from our life who cannot be happy seeing our growth. I am an animal lover and I could relate with everything u said. I had a dog he was my kid my furbaby I never ever treated him like a dog. He was my everything they are the best better than any humans. And yes animals understand all our emotions when we are sad or unhappy they are the best therapist out there. People who own animals know what is unconditional life. I lost my baby and it's going to be a year and life is so difficult without him. He was there in my life and saw all my milestones. They come to us when we need them the most. I just wished they lived a very very long life. But I believe that when I die I will be reunited with him. People say times heals everything but it's not true in my case I just started to learn to live with the pain. But I believe one day we will be reunited. Animals are the best souls 💛 I wish u lots of growth in life financially and mentally. I love u more because u r an animal lover. God bless snowball ❤️

Yoopa I was struggling with toxic friends since 6 yrs , finally jakay peecha choda mainay, so tum b positive raho . It's been 2 and half years having 0 friends.........it's good being alone then being around toxic people. So love yourself, love your family, appreciate everyone but don't expect anything in return You see expectations hurts, and I am a buddhist and in buddhism we say - expectations are roots of disappointments. Hey there, hope you're doing okay. If not you will eventually be okay. You just wanna be okay, everything is so chaotic around you. You wonder if you will ever be happy at all. But trust me you will be happy, you will smile, you will feel peace. Life will feel great. But darling, things take time. Time heals all wounds, if not it at least eases the pain to some extent. You may have someone to rant about the pain, or maybe not. I don't know what exactly you're going through in life, must be tragic, I hope you get okay. Everything will get over eventually, everything will make sense somehow. Always remember your pain has a purpose, even though you think it's so unfair, this had to happen so it did. Now if you would ask me how do I get through the tough times? Get through the pain, don't ignore it. Do not overthink, what has happened, has happened. The harder you hold on, the more pain you will feel. Stop trying to find answers to things which you can't. Let go of things you can't control. What's meant for you, will always find you. Spend more time with someone close Get a habit, and keep doing it Journal, write out your emotions it'll help you to deal it wisely. You have to try to shift your focus to something else.
