What a lovely place. Very clean and well appointed. The exterior of the home, grounds and view are lovely also. A pool is a must for a higher priced property. The guest unit is great also. However, the ceilings in 2 bedrooms are too low (I’ve stayed in many beautiful properties like this in France, and at 5’2”, I still managed to smack my head several times each visit). There is way too little clothing, linens & supplies storage upstairs, small windows, no a/c….Little upper cabinet storage. To everyone searching for a dream home, but without money to burn, be patient. There are ALOT of homes in this & surrounding areas that deliver alot of value for a lot less. I’ve seen some STUNNING properties recently for $300K-700K less. There is something out there in every price range. Thank u for another fabulous tour, Nick.

Hello Nick, Thanks for sharing this amazing property! Love the pathway to the home!! Love the exterior stone! Wowee love the wood under the stairs inside! Original roof beams and floor tiles, yes please! A very nice, stone roofing! and yes, wavy, undulating ceiling! beautiful modern fittings in bathroom! Gorgeous old door! I am smiling so much at the view up the stairs! Great shot - just like being there! Bedroom two is so beautiful and rustic with sloped ceiling! Bedroom 3 has great light for such a low end ceiling! Beautiful! Great upstairs bathroom and another beautiful shot of the height and beauty of the walls and stairs!!! The study is a great room also and with a small bathroom right there! Love bedroom 4! I could live in these 2 rooms!!! :) Ohh wait. . . look at that peekaboo view to kitchen! Beautiful, guess I will have the 3 rooms to include kitchen, just kidding until I win the lotto! Oh gorgeous patio! And the next stone walled room is beautiful but I would choose one of the rooms with full light for my studio! But I do love the room! Gorgeous!! Love the last bedroom! I love love love this home. The only thing I have seen that I don’t like are the square tiles in the shower on the top floor. I really dislike square wall tiles but that wouldn’t be a deal breaker if I was considering buying this property. Absolutely stunning home.

Well Nick... Sorry to say, too many ups and downs (Too many stairs and levels) and just a jigsaw in how this was chopped up. I get it, as they were trying to preserve the original architecture. For a couple in their 40's with grown kids as a summer house. Honestly, I wouldn't buy it even at half the price given my age. Cheers!
