Wouldn't recommend it though. The general survival rule is three. You can survive up to 3 minutes without air, 3 days without water, and 3 weeks without food.

I am Classic medicine student.we learn the fundamental of healthy life, how to reach long life span and still kicking. It simple but so hard to follow especially in this modern era. It's all about follow the stream of nature, How you manage your activity, eat, sleep, emotional stress, ejaculation.

I think they mainly act as an appetite suppressant so you don’t feel like eating. As he said, part of their training involved prolonged hunger anyway
