What was the strategy for the guy without a hat always returning serve to the male on the other side? Every return was to the opposing male who ripped a drive at his partner.

@@ThePickleballPirates Verbal and non-verbal communication was very critical of and discouraging to his partner: @3:48, @5:44, @6:38, @11:49, @12:33, @13:55, @14:52, @16:10 to name a few. And it's particularly frustrating because he didn't exactly play a great game himself: @1:18, @2:35, @12:30, @12:58, @14:15, @14:43, @16:10, and @17:27. At the end of the match you can the woman apologize to him, even though he made a ton of errors which contributed to the loss. As she's walking off the court you can hear someone off camera ask her, "How is that your bad?" An indication that even the spectators realized he was gaslighting her into thinking everything was her fault. She was targeted the entire match and she held her own.

@@3rdshotflop357 Absolutely a miserable excuse for a partner. I think it's exceedingly rare for a person to improve their performance when their partner acts like they're pissed off at them and it's all their fault if they lose. Of course with 7 billion people on the planet, some people will respond to that kind of negative reinforcement. But most people don't. Not to be sexist, but I would assume it's even more rare in females.
