he is wrong..if there was a bounty on death row chains, why would the crips that knew about it go and tell other crips and friends about it? that would mean that whoever got the chain would get that bounty money..so for example let's say of orlando anderson knew about the bounty and he tells 5 other guys about it and those 5 guys take the chain, than how much money will orlando anderson get from that if other guys took the chain? orlando anderson will either get no money from that because he wasn't there when they took the chain, or he will get a very small cut of the money just for being in the gang..so in reality it's better for the least amount of people to know. also it wasn't like death row was hard to find, they were always outside somewhere, so it wasn't like if they were far away in another state like florida. the crips have seen death row and 2pac and suge all the time outside so it was nothing to keep the bounty in that small circle of crips. orlando anderson ran into trevor lane at the mall and tried to take the chain..so yes there was a bounty on deathrow chains..it's just that the crips that knew about the bounty they felt like if there was no need for help from other members when they can handle it among themselves.
