Well what you call and describe as "siren" are harpies. Sirens are similar to mermaids not birds. Yes the "wives" of the sons of God were turned siren but only reason they made it through the flood is due to them being aquatic. Your missing a few steps here. The fallen angels and the ones that took human women as wives are 2 completely different groups. The fallen angels were led by Lucifer and were made up of 1/3 of the entire population of angels in the Kingdom, including all of the first ones and they rebelled against God, were defeated and cast into a place specifically created for them. Their spirits were free though and they wandered the earth and tried to kill the sons of Adam regularly. The angels that took human women to wives were the watchers and they came several thousand years later to take and impregnate human women. There were 240 of them and they were led by a senior watcher angel named Samyaza and it was these that created the race of giants. The women were taught secrets from the watchers that they were not supposed to learn and were demonized and cursed, the women WERE turned into sirens with the ability to change their shape and to enchant men and women who are not righteous.

They may have been the daughters of the Titans. There were 12 tribes. In the Bible at the council of the Gods there is a small passage that talks about how the 12 appointed "watchers"of mankind abused their power. The Llord goes to the assembly and curses them for their misleading mankind and their abuses, he says Mankind shall live eternally in the kingdom of heaven and the sons of God will die in the dust.
