I was practicing detachment but a sudden bridge of incident as in a slight conversation with sp made me go crazy. I know I'm not in lack as I'm not running behind him but then his absence makes me worry too. How to control this? Why is this happening? Please help me Thanks for the context.

I can guess it happened bcz u know it was gonna happen somewhere in back of mind as u r working on detachment with sp specially but u r not habitual with behaviours words and in your mind to that u had to continue practice that bcz its doesnt matter at all at all dont bring up 3d and try not to react if u react revise affirm no i didnt and say no it happened they said ily or my frnd telling me they loves me blah blah thats the point u r always manifesting what u r thinking your thoughts creates reality it goes in quantum field and instantly in all sub mind specially the 1 being pronounced u had to be strong bcz we r god of our reality no one has free will everything is working i swear u will shock a best tip use tape affr so much i swear its been since jan also before jan only nit but since jan day and nit i leave everything and focus om listening to my affirmation listen to samma sub every day 10k affr 10 million affr tapes guided meditation affirm meditate make chlnge n chlnge and did over and over again 3p gone and got engage to my sp before he propose me and then his fam come with this back in days something bring up and i cried but affirm didnt try not to care but care ofc and then when i affirm affirm i laugh why bcz i kept goin back relise what the prob it was me chase worry here there fear about 3p and then boom but affirm loud in my head whole nit make tape affr saying we r together 7 years and its been 1 week i started this and i swear not just in 2 days i met my sp 3 time abd had talk his mom also see me and said she wanna keep seeing me and he omg his eyes lit up when he see me said me do i wanna eat somewhere i was like no and he kept tryna talk me sit near me silly jokes he texting me crazily i had huge shift and then i realise i just shifted back and i had to be seriously start and drill my affr use tape affr lovr u its yours go get it its not about him her its about u what u r saying to u that your sp said its true or become true say to u i love so much and feel silly whatever just say and then try to think its sp who said this thats it start slowly but more more everyday consistently thats it...u got this
