I could never imagine this happening. Anakin is a better duelist, but he trained her to use two blades instead of one. In terms of overall experience, the win goes to Anakin. But given that Ahsoka has mastered Soresu, the battle could go either way. I still say Anakin has the advantage, at least in terms of overall training and aggression. In fact, his aggression makes him stronger. But when facing Ahsoka, Vader usually holds back, just a little bit, even though he likely has every intention of killing his former student. Arguably, the reason for this is so he can study their lightsaber technique and figure out which form of lightsaber combat would work better. So yeah. Ahsoka is going to get murdered.
