When I was young I was able to astral travel frequently. There was always beautiful coloured lights shining, almost singing out of everything, colours I can’t even describe. I found I was also able to focus on something and zoom into it with my mind to a microscopic level. I was able to witness the inside of a cell from a tree during one of my travels and I could see all the little moving parts of the cell, like a little community working together to get the job done. I also could focus in with mind, one time zooming into hieroglyphs and one sign for example meant a very beautiful scenery. I was looking at the drawing and that brought me to looking at the scenery. Attachment holds us in this dimension.

I had very similar gifts, including seeing auras, knowing a persons life story (which was super hard as a kid, I still have that but at a fraction), seeing spirits (also hard), and lots of astral travel and astral/dream classroom time. I wish as an adult I could have some of that back, now that I know how to process it. I wonder what the purpose is for children to experience all that? 🤔I feel like a big part is so that in our adult lives we can never be fully “asleep”, we know there is a much larger and beyond explanation meaning to our existence which sets us on a trajectory for our purpose, especially to put us on the path which we decided before we came back. I love your messages. I experienced an NDE once. I don't remember a white light, but I do remember talking with a man who came forward, but I can't remember anything he said :( I just remember it was very interesting. I saw my higher self and my sister's higher self there. They seemed to be monitoring us here. But what I remember most was the love and the feeling of finally being home. I was with loved ones that it seemed I hadn't seen in thousands of years. It's extremely depressing coming back here after feeling that love.

@lindaloven844 for me it's been a process of crying out to Spirit and being quiet/still enough to hear what Spirit has to say. 🤍 Also, Sarah mentioned something very briefly about sitting with ourselves in acceptance/non-judgmental awareness. This is so, so important. (This includes sitting in non-judgment with our inner critic as well!) Bringing our awareness to all of the different parts of us and just *being* with them... validating the experience - all of it. Anger, bitterness, joy, love, gratitude, hatred, unforgiveness, jealousy, amazement, gratitude, pride, fear, alllllll of the things - this has been a huge part of my own healing journey and a huge part of what I have witnessed as being so healing for so many of my clients.

Because I've been meditating for years and it's always involved emptying my mind, not sitting in contemplation. If anything, it feels counter-intuitive to offer any thought to matters that do not serve you in a positive way...because in doing so, you are giving the matter your attention and energy. Shouldn't we be giving our attention and energy to positive thoughts, not thoughts that evoke a negative emotional reaction? I'm so confused.

- Powerful, penetrating and perplexing as per usual “Queen Friday” (OK, “Queen Tuesday!”)… A few general observations: - Light (be all and end all that it assuredly is!), is of course hugely important, whether we are within or outside of incarnation… - It is my belief that pretty much all beings are always within the “clear light,” it is our “Luminous Ouroboros,” if you will… - The “secondary clear light” is the antechamber to the the Primary Light (the esoteric “bridegroom,” so to speak?), and this secondary light is available to those of us incarnate by means of various meditational and yogic techniques, as well as through various natural or chemical “hallucinogens” (which they actually aren’t, WE are the hallucinations!)… - Anyone who has ever experienced lucid dreaming or “OOBE’s,” or done any astral projection, can only TRY to communicate the indescribable colors they’ve encountered, as we all so well know… - There are, in the physical realm, basically two types of light, “source light” as well as “reflected light,” and in general, source light is to be found preferable, but with some notable exceptions… For example, while your incandescent lights are in general warmer and healthier in most ways, fluorescent (reflected) light is generally stark and usually depressing (but neon, although also a light made visible by light being reflected by metallic particles suspended in a gas, is often very charming and uplifting to the human psyche, and the more colors the better!)… In general moonlight is not really so beneficial (it is said that it can make us go “loony,” and perhaps make questionable decisions regarding romance and mate selection!), but while the corollary should be that sunlight is good for us, while we are told that Sol is a “G-type” mainstream yellow star, it’s actually a large “white dwarf” in this particular simulation (I’m not from here/“ME”), and that’s why it’s best to rock as much “SPF” as possible in your sunscreen… - The Cabal utilizes bad or inhibitional (depressing) lighting to their dark purpose as much as possible, on both sides of the incarnational divide! I was utterly terrified of dying when I was a child, and into my early adult years even. I think that’s why my spiritual awakening hit me so hard… for the first time I could really FEEL that there was life after death - that death itself was another iteration of life, a stepping stone to life. The peace I now have around death and the knowing I have that I will go on with some conscious choice of my own is probably the most freeing part of awakening. As hard as the last 3 years have been, I carry that feeling/knowing with me and it brings me peace. To let go of the fear of death is to know peace, but more so to know truth. Your video rings with truth. I always felt that the fear imbued around the light “trap” you see after death was more of a reflection of a person’s own unintegrated fear. To know spiritual truths is one thing, to feel them in your bones is another. If we can walk through life genuinely not feeling fear, we may have the golden ticket out of here… if we so wish. All I wanted to do as a child is die, I just wanted to go home and the only home I wanted was that one. I had such sorrow and so much pain inflicted on me by others my awakening started in 3rd grade (80s) and I think it's because a part of me remembered the love of home. I was born tired of the mess. I saw a light. It wasn't an NDE. It was after meditating for hours on love. My crown felt like their was this gapping hole. It felt like if I put my hand in my head it would be just empty space.I laid down exhausted when it was done and as soon as my head hit the pillow I experience this light kind of undulating and this white I absolutely cannot explain almost like a pearl and it was shimmery. I felt so much love and acceptance and forgiveness and above all else healing of my heart. It elevated me so much it took days to come down from it. I was so full of gratitude I would just start weeping, this also lasted days. I desired that moment since early childhood, to go home. I was blessed with a gift.

Freedom from addictions is the work we are here to do. We go "within" to embrace All of who we are. Sometimes there is backwards work because going backwards is where I can embrace what my soul becomes, where my soul belongs now, where my soul came from, and where my soul will return. Thank you Sarah and friends, this is much-needed confirmation. My own records and guide agree that this is correct. In near death I actually saw a black tunnel! Waterslides with numbers, not light. My brother was standing next to it and said, “don’t be afraid, just choose one.” I see it as Black Ray. After traveling the bleak realms, there was very subtle golden rainbow light that emerged from the ground like a flower. The light bloomed with sound. I could hear, “keep on the sunny side… it will help us all the way…” The realms started to color in like a book, and next thing I know I’m in Keter. Or Tiferet. What I know is there was a supernatural entity with a screen for a face. Maybe Metatron. And then I got access to my records in The Tree. That light was an unusual mix between periwinkle and oregon blue. I reviewed all of my deeds and emotions in an instant, then chose to return to the realms. Thank you for helping me to anchor this. During my NDE I didn't see a tunnel or a white light and since a lot of people who also had NDE mentioned it I used to think that I took a wrong turn haha, and no one was waiting for me on the other side like some people experienced but still, it was the most beautiful and undescribably profound experience. There was no specific one light or color either, the only way I can describe it is like a crystal-clear space shimmering with tiny specks of different colors, something like a diamond sparkles 😊💖

It happened during surgery, my heart had stopped for eight minutes according to one of the assisting doctors who was willing to talk to me about it because I had so many questions and was very confused by the whole experience. The other doctor who was the main surgeon denied everything and told me to stop talking nonsense when I told him that I was out of my body 😅. He said it was probably a hallucination from anesthesia which I knew wasn't true because while out of body I saw and heard everything they were doing and saying. I remember not feeling bothered by it though, at one moment I wanted to leave the room and suddenly I was in what seemed like a crystal-clear yet shimmering space, and it felt more real than anything I have ever experienced. Then I heard a loud wooshing sound and it felt like I was being pulled, next I heard myself screaming and I felt a lot of pain because I woke up during surgery. Most fascinating for me was and still is how even though I was out of my body I could still see and hear everything without physical eyes and ears, and "I" out of body felt HUGE, I can't even explain it 😄but that's what I remember.

What remained with me after this experience is a deep truth, but still, my truth. The truth that I tried to convey to others, but mostly unsuccessfully because they did not experience it. I realized that it's okay for everyone to have their own truth. For me personally, death does not exist, at least not in the sense in which we as humans perceive it. Of course, I do not deny loss, pain and sadness from the physical side of things, on the contrary, but I feel a sense of peace and acceptance deep within me.And I am grateful for every morning that I wake up, eager to fill time with myself and not for time to fill me, if you understand what I mean 😄

Looking at my life, addiction has been a big aspect of it. I’m not prone to addiction but I have habits. I used to suck my thump as a kid, then I moved to nail bitting, and now I bit my nails and vape nic. When I really think about it after I stopped sucking my thump as a very young kid I had a very powerful spiritual experience which at the time I didn’t understand. Once I started to bit my nails my connection grew weaker. Now I started vaping in 2018 after my ex did some not so nice things. Which started my periods of extreme depression. I’m open to sharing my life and I am not ashamed of anything I have experienced. I have been working on quitting and when I start life gets very very hard which leads me to fall back. I did a rebirth process recently and my sacrifice was addition. After seeing this it makes sense that unconsciously I already knew what I needed to work on. I felt like my additions were pulling me back from experiencing higher and higher states of consciousness due to attachment to the physical. I’m happy to now know this but I’m still struggling with these bad habits today.

This is my opinion of course..but to participate in any realm is still part of a system of sorts. The idea is to go beyond all systems and realms and exist as who you truly are and that is the "All". Hindus call this "Brahman". But you have to accept this and it's not easy. It's not easy because people fear what they think is the loss of ego or individuality. Consider the "All" is the canvas, and doesn't exist as blots of paint trying to be an individual color (on any ascended level). True bliss is not being anything at all, yet everything at the same time and not choosing sides. Choosing sides or trying to change the game for what you think is the greater good (in a game that's rigged,) is a game in itself. This game is being orchestrated on all levels inside this local "system machine". Consider that the "system machine" is also playing both sides! Don't fall for it. Although well-intentioned, the inclination to choose sides is a lure or distraction that keeps you playing in that local system machine. Walk away from all of it and abandon "self". Choose to be the "ALL" and you will experience the ultimate bliss of being Brahman and never be subject to anything. This local system is small potatoes in the greatness that is the "All". Consider the very thing that's the hardest to do, and goes against our human, self-preservation instincts is the very thing we need to do. Consider our self-preservation instincts were genetically programmed into us to set parameters and keep us in line so that we continue to participate in this local "system machine" as individuals. Even the ascended levels are part of the game. With the limited existence of choosing to play, or allowing ourselves to be coherced to play, we stop short of who we are as Brahman and are kept in a trap.

I agree. It’s your frequency at the end of your life which will sort you into the correct soul level and dimension. It’s important to do the inner work now to activate these higher levels within us, so that we have access to that level when we die. Our world (3rd density) is tied to the solar plexus chakra. Move upward into the heart or even higher to access the higher dimensions.

Examples being meditating everyday, setting the correct intentions, performing actions based in love and compassion, looking inward and bringing light into the body, creating a temple for spirit within. Many ways to do it, but it all starts with the will and intention to do so, then following through with the journey and the learning.

Letting go is hard, but in easing the discomfort of separation is KNOWING we are all from the same source and center in which there is no separation, only temporal differentiation. I’m skeptical about a lot of things as well, i heard the saying « listen to everyone but don’t agree with all you hear » and i apply it for everything. I have this feeling that we all know the truth at our deepest core. We are highly intuitive and will feel when something doesn’t resonate with us. I listened to all sort of spiritual teachers but always have my truth which is an inner knowing and i only take what makes sense. I also always keep in mind that perspective creates reality, probably no one has a panoramic view of everything fully, always trust YOUR core

Your healthy skepticism is "healthy" for good reason. The best teacher you'll ever encounter is the one planted in the center of your chest, the one who will never deceive you and truly has your best interest, literally and figuratively, at heart. If you have the time to read Power vs. Force: The Hidden Determinants of Human Behavior by David R. Hawkins, you'll learn the self testing method for determining whether a given person, place or thing, like a teaching, is true or false, and conversely whether they are, or it is, serving you. Practice will reconnect you with your intuitive self to the point where you no longer need to physically test, you'll just know. 🕉☮☮☮

I agree with the principles of awakening to our own power to use our free will to create with intention. However, where I find resistance to all this soul trap false light talk is why the physical experience is seemingly looked on as a lesser experience compared to evolving out of any physical form. Maybe I misunderstand the proposed cosmology, but it seems to me that incarnation is something desired and enjoyed by the soul as opposed to being just in energitic form. This escaping the physical seems to me to promote many people to feel like they want to escape physical life. Aka. victim consciousness. This sounds very avoidant to me, when a much healthier and grounded approach is to have gratitude for our bodies and physical life...to enjoy it as a gift and treat it as such.Hoping to escape life seems like more of a karmic trap to me than worrying about the color of light you see when you transition. I would be curious to hear more about the types of incarnations we can experience along our path as souls and the role they play in our conscious evolution.
