Those thorny vines are similar to some of the briar brush we have over here in Australia….in some places there are “goat farmers” who hire out their herds of goats to go in and eat that type of brush. I worked the polls on election day. We had one lady who fell walking up o the polls but refused to go to the hospital to get her broken leg taken care of until she voted! It took all the paramedics to get her safely in, checked in and voted. It took shoving some voting booths aside to get her up to the ballot box itself. She was immediately followed b a man on a gurney who could not even sit up, but we made it work for him. Anyone able to top that? ( In addition another 3000 people came into our vote center in he 4 day voting period.)

Hey Al, how about getting a mulcher, like Outdoors with Eric on YT. Yeah, with all those nasty vines with the torns, that would make easy going for a mulcher. Liked your advice around 9:30 and will definetly agree that the country is divided. It is much worse than the division during the Vietnam war. When I came back as a veteran, no one would talk to me. People were disgusting then and I think it's much worse now, they even are trying to assasinate. Anyway love your videos for over two years now. Keep them coming and you keep on keepin' on! When I was about 16 someone at church asked me, "How much does it cost to make someone happy?" They let me stew on it for a minute and then said, "Generally, it's free - just be kind." And on the voting issue... why is it that we vote for "likeable" people instead of qualified people? Can you imagine the board of Apple saying, "We've made our decision for a new CEO because she knows how to do the Electric Glide. She has zero - not some - but zero experience running an international corporation but she was raised in a middle class family. The other choice was a loud guy with a bad haircut - sure he's started and ran successful complex organizations but we felt he was too direct." You'd think the board had not only lost their minds but their whole perspective on what the CEO is being tasked to do. Dancing and nice hair aren't qualifications for doing the job. Understanding and experience are. It's silly how 99% of the population votes. If you wouldn't hire the candidate to clean your house why would you vote for them to run the country? And that's not being mean or divisive. It's just true. It's weird how morals suddenly become important for the presidential candidate when personally or collectively that's not an issue for anyone else.

My two little brothers disowned me over two issues, politics and racism. My 4 kids are a gorgeous rainbow, having different racial backgrounds. One of them is biological and the other 3 were adopted at birth. My brothers are extreme racists. Then they added politics to their list of reasons to hate me, because I voted for “a black man” several years ago. That was their reason. Didn’t even name the party, tho it was clear. How in the hell did we all come from the same parents who never thought or felt like they do now? Personally, my life is better without their toxicity so I don’t mind their absence.

I reckon a goat herd would eat those vines. We have a few businesses, where I live in Australia, that are 'mobile goat herders'... they bring their goats and clear out whatever area the property owner wants. They eat it right down and clear it well and fertilize the land quickly, and without any chemicals. The owner/herder stays with them, and camps out until the job is done, then they load up and head to the next job. It would be ideal to clear your woods Al.
