Amazon's customer service has become terrible. I remember years ago when they'd actually call me to tell me there was some problem with my order, such as cutting it close on product. No more! I hope you've found an equitable solution to the dish set and yes, making this video was the best thing to do.

They've gotten so huge, they couldn't possibly meet that demand. But I remember that, they did whatever it took! Now, at last they'll give nice courtesy credits when they screw up. It doesn't hurt their bottom line.

I didn’t know Amazon sold for others either but found out during the beginning of the COVID lockdown. I had been ordering “Subscribe and Save” items which were delivered once a month for at least two years. Toilet paper was delivered to me every month for two years. Then Covid hit and everyone bought out toilet paper everywhere. I thought-wrongly- that I’d get my regular order. Nope!! It was not available for at least two months. I was frantic. I didn’t have extra. You’d think with their regular known customers on Pre-order to save products for us. Nope! I feel for your wife. I cried. Luckily my supply, as low as it was lasted until it was available again.

Amazon wipes are more economical lol I swear, just don't flush them! Much cheaper than dry toilet paper 🤷🏼‍♀️

Well, they DID mess with the wrong guy. One with a decent-sized KZbin channel.

Amazon has gotten so terrible in the last few years. Used to be you could expect packages to come overnight or even a few hours. Now everything is back to 2 days and there are so many items no longer available with 2 day prime. The items that make the top of searches lately are very questionable.

I had an order with Amazon that turned out that it came from a company in India. It was a mess. I had it sent to a post office, as that is what I usually do with Amazon and it gets sent using Australia Post. The courier didn’t deliver to post offices. The courier company had been taken over by an American company who put their call centre in the Phillipines. We went through a series of communications where it was going to be delivered to my home address. Waited all day. Nope. Then they couldn’t find it. Then I got a call telling me that it had been left at a collection point. Aramex might be ok in America but don’t use them in Australia.

I understand this is a PSA about Amazon and e-commerce and how third party sellers use their platform. But this is not a breakdown in the way Amazon runs. Simply cancel the order if it hasn’t shipped and order something different from another vendor besides Amazon. Support small businesses local to you. Giving your money to Amazon feeds the problem your wife is crying about. Amazon is a behemoth that doesn’t care about the little guy; they care about their mega billions and they are wiping out retail businesses across the nation and putting them out of business. To me, that’s worth crying about. Quit supporting Amazon. Keep your business in your communities.

This video was disappointing. In the scheme of things this is irrelevant. HIGHLY IRRELEVANT! You can do better. If this brings your wife to tears she hasn't had much hardship in her life. Perhaps she'd like to meet with the woman whose young son was put in a trash can by young street thugs in Chicago and burned alive on his way to school. Tell her I said to get over herself. Unsubbed.

So one person's distress has to be based on what happens to everyone else? I don't think so. People feel what they feel; wanting to make your child happy and bring disappointed that you tried and it didn't work out is a legitimate reason for being distressed. Of course she's not AS distressed as she would have been in a much worse situation, but how exactly is that supposed to make her stop feeling as bad as she actually does now?

This lesson here wasn't about his wife being upset...it was to let subs keep an eye out for big corporations operations. How RUDE.

You have a need to tell people how much better you are than them. That is usually a sign of your own inadequacies.
