Right I am a foreigner having a Chinese bf who already proposed , when I asked why you don't marry a local girl he said they are a lot into Cdrama and kdrama and so materialistic into superficial things especially not natural when it comes to their make up and dress also many don't want to be mothers to not harm their bodies, I mean Chinese men are so generous comparing to other nationalities but their women are so much materialists ask for a lot but don't give in return anything ,you should have a higher salary a house in the city center of Shanghai and a car also put her name in all, attend a famous university and work like a donkey to give her all....., for sure not all Chinese women but maybe those he met before , when we talk about investment,business or books or any interesting subject he just says you know I can't have this conversation with a Chinese girl . After watching some videos about this matter I understand him.
