Just to be clear, though, mine is obviously the best. 😉 Moving here and marrying my Filipina changed me in the best way possible. It gave me a sense of inner peace I’d never experienced before. But if you treat relationships here as transactional, you’ll miss out on everything that makes this place and its people so special-and in the end, you’ll only have yourself to blame.

I think we're going to be neighbors someday. I recognize all those roads and the sign saying Eco Park, I was there just last year. I also taught my wife to drive the Click last time we went. She loved it. If I may make a suggestion, take a trip up to Mahagnao Volcano. There is a beautiful lake up there and it would be a great Click trip. We took the car because there were several of us. It's nice and cool up there too

Personally, I don't consider ours an investment as we have no plans on ever selling. Like everywhere, land seems to always go up. I will say that now is a good time for many. I decided to buy early because of the 35-year high on the usd to php exchange rate. The exchange wont be this good forever. Congratulations and good luck!
