Because the Philippine Mental Hospital (Assylum) is located in Mandaliyong. So if someone ask you "loob or labas?" And pls wash your hanf after you touch animals they do have adopted parentd but they don' t do hygiene... So to protect you from comtaminate from bacteria or virus...
