You need to stay at Hyatt Ziva (Cancun)at the end of the Hotel Zone. Stay in the Turquoise Tower as well. IMO, best hotel in Cancun!

Stayed at Hard Rock Cancun in 2015 with some friends and did VIP amenities. Literally will never have a better time in my life lol they went so far out of their way to make sure we got taken care of. Any time at the pool bars they would send drinks to us without even asking. I'll never forget that experience. The bubble party and so many things in this video gave me so much nostalgia. FYI it also had the same funky stuff going on lol.

I actually went there this summer the hotel was amazing. I loved my resort and the bubbles in the pool so much fun. I love the music and the breakfast was just so good and there was seven pool. It was amazing. I recommended a lot everybody. You should definitely go there if you go to Mexico.

Was excited to go last week especially after watching videos like this. But if you are on the fence just don’t go here. Food inedible at all restaurants. Wasn’t just me, heard other customers saying it too while there. No events, dirty rooms. Key cards constantly getting reset and locking you out, not just us. Only beer included is corona. Paper thin walls as mentioned in this video and they don’t provide ear plugs. Staff insists on bringing your bags up to room on check in. After being in hotel for an hour still no bags in room had to call and get it and it was clearly looked through. My toiletries were in a different pocket. By far worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

@@Coolist wow… you’re mean to people with opinions who watch your videos. That’s nice. Re-read that comment. I didn’t attack you or tell you your video was bad. So why be negative to me? Living a sheltered life doesn’t really make sense either. If I did I might’ve loved it not knowing anything else. I’ve stayed all over in different countries and at different price points. This is being called 5 stars or whatever and not there. I wish I would’ve read a comment like mine before going to think twice. Hoping this might help someone. You travel a lot it seems too but some people might be saving up to do this. It’s tough putting your hard earned money into something and then being disappointed. And again, most people staying when I did were pretty unhappy too.

@@tyrantula767 not a lot of singles. more or less with their boyfriends. a buddy did a count one day... and he estimated that maybe 25 percent of the crowd was single. food is super average. and cleanliness is above average
