I always keep suggesting every foreigner to try momo at Triveni Foodland in Boudha. They have absolutely the best momo I’ve ever tried and I have tried momos all over Nepal. I also understand that taste differs from person to person but the momos they aint bad trust me.

Let me tell you about the type of momo you had. - The shape of this buff(buffalo) momo is spherical because it separates it from other type of momo. - Buff momo has spherical shape whereas chicken momo has long semi-flat shape. This helps for seller as well as consumer to have particular type of momo without any doubts.

But the correct way to pronounce them is Mo:mo (as Mah in Merchandize) or just call it Mo:mo instead of momozzzz. It indeed pains the ears to hear it. Just a common courtesy to learn to pronounce it if you are having an original dish from a country.

Hey josie here's a few suggestions from me for u to explore the food and culture in Kathmandu. 1. You can try the newari cuisines around the valley,i personally suggest u to have a newari dessert called Yomari.it tasdtes heavenly .😋 2.You can visit the newari homestays and get to know about their culture as they are the descendants of the valley. 3. You guys could also try having adventure. I suggest you guys for the trishuli rafting,bungee jumping and a trek around the temples and the stupas. 4. I also suggest if u can lift up a little courage u guys can trek around the everest base camp. If not then u guys can also get aircraft tour. 5. Go to nagarkot for the very spectacular sunrise u have ever seen ❤️ 6. Chandragiri hills are also one of my personal fav place u guys can hangout there 😁 These are the few things that i would love to suggest to u guys . Anyway heartly welcome to the land of Buddha NEPAL.I know u guys are gonna love the cultural and the natural immensive features of Nepal😊❤
