Hello everybody! This is Emilio, your Meat Dealer, I get a lot of questions about what working in the meat industry looks like so I decided to put up some videos to give you all a little insight of what I do and I what I learn everyday at work.
In this episode I decided to introduce American Wagyu and explain its pros and cons from my point of view, and why I am still hesitant about selling this product on Grand Western Steaks!
I know it's been a while since my last video, a lot has been going on, a lot of projects that I will be sharing with you soon.
