Hello everybody! This is your Meat Dealer, last weekend I recruited to be part of the judging panel of the annual PIG ROAST BOWL! More than 5 top tier competitors spent all day cooking their big porks, each of them with their own cooking method, home-made mojo and secret recipes. Almost every competitor is tagged, if you'd like additional info please leave a comment!
While some of them were professionals, some others were just doing it for fun and the experience was amazing. I hope you guys enjoy this video, let me know in the comments if you'd dare to compete on an event like this, it is definitely very challenging but an unforgettable day for sure!!
