Vantage is amazing in ranked this season. She can technically see through smoke which is nice as there are a lot of bangalores and with the way ranked is currently her playstyle of being a long distance sniper is super helpful

I think the biggest difference between the 2 is ammo consumption. 301 is going to go through less ammo per kill because it has more damage and slower fire rate than the 99

I think usability needs to be a factor to whether or not a weapon is “better” and I think a weapon being “better” is subjective to a point, for a newer player the r301 is probably a “better” weapon because there more likely to perform well with it, while for handsome and talented individuals like yourself the r9 is better because you can handle the recoil
