I love how there was no clever attempt to tie in Raid to the deep woods or cryptids... just an abrupt cut to the ad and back... practically in mid-sentence with a written warning 🤣🤣 Congrats on the sponsy, mang 💰

I have lived in the country most of my life. I'm also a mountain climber and avid hiker. I love in the white mountains and have spent many a day and night out in the wild. As a female I always carried a knife as a safety measure and camping need. Although I have a true faith in God I believe in the metaphysical and supernatural. Because I have read my bible and it speaks of Satan and his minions and angels. I believe all these stories, I know that our world has become so corrupt and the crack between the realm of heaven and hell has widened and allowed demons and the like to really come forth in the world. I also believe that the spirits of the ancients have always been around and some of these more common sightings may be those. It is very important to listen to that inner voice, it's the Holy spirit and it's there for a reason protection. Even though I've never seen anything weird while in the woods, there have been a couple of times I've had that feeling that something was not right, and changed my plans for that days climb or hike and simply went home. For me there was always another chance to go out in the mountains. I've always trusted that instinct and it has never let me down. The times I chose to ignore it I always regretted it. Be careful out there my friends and listen to that inner voice.

I don't usually comment on these videos. I couldn't tell you why. Just never have even when KZbin was just a small website. Your last story about the entity.. absolute goose bumps. I'll tell you why. I used to work at a glass window factory in Hendersonville, Tennessee called Nashville Tempered Glass. I dont live far from there now. It's where I was raised and grew up. But back to my story, I worked with a cool as hell black dude James. An older guy than me, we worked 2nd shift together. And we worked separate from the rest of the 2nd shift crew on this cutting machine that would load and cut the designs of these said windows. A few hours into our shift, we took a moment to load another sheet of glass onto the cutting machine. I had asked him if he wanted to take a break and go smoke a cigarette. He told me no and for me to go ahead he would be fine for a few minutes without me. I did so, to the left of our machine we worked at is a side door that went outside on the left side of the building. This building is not small by any means. Probably about a football field in length but where we were at in the building and by the side door was towards the back of the building. Away from everyone else. I went outside, and smoke a cigarette and on top of that a bowl I had packed of some good weed, mind you I've been smoking weed all of my teenage and and adult life. I also did not have a smart phone, I still was not with the times at that time, so I was playing around on my flip phone bullshitting, texting a girl or two. And where I was you would be facing this storage unit facility, that had numerous orange glow street lights around it. Like I said I was just shooting the shit for a few before going back in playing on my phone, when out of my perifial view something caught my attention and pulled me out of my phone, and I start staring hard and studying what it is I am now looking at. I couldn't believe my eyes and I was frozen in fear. As what the brother and sister saw I feel like was a version of what I was staring at, at football field distance. It was messing with me in a way that it knew that I knew it was now there. It would almost float/hover from the corner of the storage building to the middle of our building where we kept all of the broken glass bunks to the corner of our building and it just kept doing that going back and forth back and forth, I could tell right away that it was not normal in the way it moved. Free flowing with ease, that also told me that if I were to take my eyes off of it that if it wanted to it could be up on top of me in a matter of seconds. So never taking my eyes off of this thing I very cautiously inched my way back to the door, never leaving vision on this thing. I didnt even have to look at the door to know that I was in range of it, so like the super hero flash I flew inside back of the warehouse, locking that door faster than lightning striking the earth. My co worker James seen I was shook up, he was laughing hysterically, I was too nervously though, I told him what happened and what I just seen. He laughed at me and told me I was just high and I agreed with him, yes I am high, but me being high didn't at all discredit what I just witnessed. We both then went out there this time, I kind of hesitant at this point did not want to but I did anyways having my co worker with me. Low and behold nothing was there now. What I took from that experience is that there is definitely a lot more to this existence than we know. Or could we ever fathom. - I'm not very old , I'm 31 now that was probably about 10 years ago. I've had multiple different encounters of paranormal since then. That gut feeling will tell you what may or may not be. - there's one of my stories. Thanks for taking the time to read. Awesome channel by the way keep at it. I dont fear people thinking I am crazy. Because maybe I am 😁 but that's what makes me unique and then different.

That last story blew my mind because I’ve had sleep paralysis my whole life and there was always this dark entity that comes to me and I always know when it’s there I can feel it coming, it comes in many different forms to trick me, even appearing as family members there to help but eyes then turning a solid black.. but the last time it happened I woke up but couldn’t move and floating at the end of my bed was the EXACT SAME thing described at the end of the video but the one I saw was shorter but had a worn down cloak, skeletal arms and horns.. when I heard that story at the end it gave me chills down my spine because it kind of validated me..

The only way to find peace is through the LORD OF SPIRITS AND SON OF GOD(JESUS CHRIST), THEN YOU CHANGE YOUR SPIRITUAL TEAM WITH THE kKINGDOM OF GOD's ANGELS YOU CAN TALK WITH THEM, SEE THEM AND THEY WILL ANSWER YOU BACK.

Once with a couple of American friends on the Polar Bear Express, a tourist train ride, and once with a school pal. It was my first visit with my friend which opened my eyes. Most of the aboriginal … Cree … people lived in abject poverty and got little government assistance nor respect. Tragic, typical of our society, and mostly hidden from tourists. I grew up in New Hampshire and the weirdest thing I had happen was me and my best friend, we were building a fort. We were like 14, we are half mile into a large forest. We are out there, smoking a joint, we only had a puff each and we hear something run by at full speed. So do huge, heavy and two legged. It gets what felt like within 5ft of us and we don't see anything. Not a branch swinging, no kicked up leaves. Whatever it was, was breathing heavy and running full speed I'm assuming. I have no idea what it was, I'd assume a moose but why full speed, and why no swinging branches? Months later I camped in that spot in a tent by myself. That night I hear something trashing leaves, just the leaves nothing else. I dunno what this was but we stopped going out there and the fort is probably rotted and still there.

Around 1977, I had been feeling ill for several days, then one night I heard something la d on the roof. I had this compulsion to look outside, to this day I am sorry I did, I gave never felt fear like that before, looking back at me were 2 glowing eyes. I quickly closed the curtains, but the fear increased, till I was literally trying to hide in the couch cushions. It then started crawling along the outside walls. The bat wings were huge! Think a smaller version of a Balrog from L.O. T. R. My dad was always drinking and was passed out, But came Into the living room, flung open the door, and said Take Him!! I was praying so hard for God to send me Angels to help I almost collapsed! Then it stuck its head into the doorway and I almost lost my mind. But suddenly it drew back, and there were 3 orbs of light, different colors. They began to fly around this thing faster and faster, and started lifting it into the air, It screamed a sound of pain, and I watched till it became just a dot, then an intense explosion of light. My younger brother was in the back bedroom, and he had seen it too, and asked if I was ok. I said I'm getting out of here and he and my dad suddenly up again spent the night at my sister's. This happened in Boonville Mo. Around 1977 or 1988.

I may be city folk, but I live right smack beside the Appalachian mountains in upper East Tennessee. I can open my door and tell you when there’s snow on them or not. I still remember my grandmother telling me about her full blooded Cherokee grandmother raising her and hearing the same exact things. Trust me, some of us believe also. The smart ones anyways. Lol. I’m not going to pull my phone out to video or take pics if I run into certain things. I’m dipping. I’m out. ✌🏻 Edit: we need more moth man accounts!!! I completely agree with you. Mr Ballen was my favorite KZbin Storyteller for the longest time but ever since he hit 1 million subscribers his uploading schedule and uploading consistency has really slowed down. Don’t get me wrong, I still love Mr Ballen. He seems like a really great guy and he’s an excellent storyteller but What lurks Beneath has definitely de-throned him as my number KZbinr in this genre. Not only does What Lurks Beneath upload multiple times a week but the quality of his content is also absolutely amazing. I know he won’t be able to keep this pace up forever but if he manages to upload 2 or even 3 times per week, he’ll definitely maintain his Top-Dog status as far as I’m concerned. 👌🏻👍🏻👍🏻😎

So, on that first story, I’m fairly certain I know what she actually saw. I live in Wyoming and have driven through the various canyons and passes at night. One night when I was driving back from a camping trip that got cut short around 1 in the morning I was extremely tired. I’m certain what I experienced was a mild bout of delirium as I kept seeing what looked like tall pure white bipedal creatures by the road looking at me. It was just the back of road signs reflecting light and my brain in its exhausted delirium seeing the worst.

Its possible they didn't see what she saw because they were not looking out the windows, or looking at their phones, or had their eyes closed. I believe she saw something and it was not a scitzofrenic (?) episode.

I am digging the new hair style, man. It’s definitely working for you. If I’m not mistaken, it seems like you’re grooming your beard, as well, and that looks better, too. This might sound harsh, but the only things that I would recommend that you work on would be your grammar and more natural delivery, as if you were having a beer with a friend. Perhaps, have an actual beer before you go on camera. I absolutely love your stories. I’ve been drinking, myself. Otherwise, I would not be giving you feedback now. I wonder if the guy who saw the eyes outside his tent has PTSD. That was a long, terrifying night, and even something of which he’s not conscious, like a scent, lighting, darkness, tiny sounds which, again, bypass the conscious mind, but set an alarm. I’d be happier thinking it was that, than an actual entity. I think I could easily become the Queen of Denial over something like that.

I had a similar experience as this guy. My grandmother lived in Puerto Rico near a town called Moca. Being a small family community my grandmother always left her doors unlocked. One night, I was sleeping in the living room which is next to the front door and across from the kitchen door. I woke up and quickly felt like I was being watched. My little brother was asleep next to me and my grandparents and parents were in their bedrooms. As I scanned around the room, my eyes fall on the kitchen window, which were just aluminum blade windows. There between the blades were two red eyes staring in. I pull the blanket over my head in order to hide but then remembered that my grandmother didn’t lock the door. I mustered what courage I could, being a middle schooler at the time, and pull the blanket off. The eyes were now looking at me. For some strange reason I got the idea to lock my gaze with it. Without blinking I stood up and walked to the door and only when my hand was on the lock did I break eye contact. The door was locked and the eyes were gone. However, on a couple of other occasions have felt the same energy as that night. Always out of my visual reach but I can sense it if it makes any sense.

I got chased by a dog that came out of a hedge almost out of nowhere, and when I first seen it running out I remember it looking massive, it felt like something 10ft wide came out at me and I took off so fast didn't look back because I was so shocked. But when I really thought about the situation and pictured it properly I realised it was just a normal sized dog, Still scared the sh*t out of me but from that experience I can tell how a lot of people come up with stories of monsters in the woods, More than likely a lot if not all of these people have seen wolves and bears maybe even panicked deer too etc. Your mind is a powerful thing and will create monsters on the fly to get you out of danger.
