The big question has got to be, if you're pushing your bike should you be in the bike lane? Are you a pedestrian or a cyclist. Or a pedestrilist.

Charlienmeg If you are pushing your bike you are considered a "pedestrian with cargo" and shouldn't be in the bike lane. You can walk on the sidewalk and pass pedestrian crosswalks totally legally.

How my driving instructor told me: So if you push any vehicle, you're a pedestrian. Therefore, if you see a footpath straight ahead and the examiner didn't tell you to turn, you can legally do the following without being failed: - Go straight -Once clear of the intersection, before the sign telling motor vehicles are prohibited, stop -Kill engine, put car in neutral, no hand brake! - Ask everyone to get out and help you push

Aquela no Terreiro do Paço é normal, e os peões estão correctos. O semáforo para os peões por vezes está desligado e o semáforo para os veículos passa a amarelo intermitente (sem mudar). Quando isso acontece aplica-se a regra como se de uma passadeira sem semáforo se tratasse: veículos param, peão passa... e passa... e passa... e passa... ou não fosse o Terreiro do Paço e houvesse sempre alguém para passar. Pelo menos é o que me parece ao ver o vídeo, o semáforo para peões está "morto" por completo (o que seria na mesma irrelevante pois estando o para os veículos amarelo intermitente aplica-se a regra de passadeira sem semáforos).
