Paul I was just thinking of a way to solve the problem of things catching on your truck liner when you are loading scrap. If you put a piece of rubber like they use in doorways to make it easier for wheelchairs etc to roll over. That way it would also save your truck liner. Probably available at any hardware store. Comes in a roll I think ❤

Your discussion with Michael reminded me of a similar discussion with the dietician here ay the hospital. For months I'd been subsisting on circa 1600 calories a day, as that seemed to be the most my stomach could handle, given my current state of decreptItude from battling cancer the past six years. She persuaded me to add a hard-boiled egg and an additional carton of Ensure energy drink, to build up some muscle tissue. I'll have to have four meals a day instead of just three. We'll see how it goes, although to be honest, I doubt I have much time left.

Paul, don't forget to wash that old army blanket in cold to room temperature water and use your special detergent for wool materials. Then if you can hang it either outdoors with lots of clothes pins so it'll hold shape or hang it over a close pole or close rack outside to dry. After it's pretty much dry then you can run. There's a couple of minutes in the dryer to fluff it up, but don't use commercial dryer there risking too much heat and that'll make it shrink all out of shape.
