This is why it's become dangerous to cycle around Richmond Park 🥲

My friend and I had planned to have a fun day cycling around Richmond Park. However, after completing just one lap, we spotted two suspicious guys on mopeds circling the car park. Fortunately, I was with my friends, but I couldn't help but worry about the cyclists who were alone. We noticed them around 4 pm, so if you're planning to cycle around Richmond Park at that time, please go with friends, just to be safe.

Glad we don't have this problem where i live. I've even seen that these moped gangs will sometimes run into you to steal your expensive roadbike😳The reason the gangs are doing this, is because they know the police doesn't wanna use resources on pursuing them, it requires a big change to fix this problem, glad you guys made it safe!!😓

yeah thats the problem.. because the police don't do anything about it, they know they can get away with it. London has just gone to sh*t really :-(

they did at the time, but i just think they came back again. During winter they were all targeting cyclist in Regents Park. Good news is there were police roaming Richmond Park, the problem is that I think there is only one or 2 police cars, Which might not be enough as the park is big

Definitely, thats what we did, but the issue is they took so long that by the time they got there, they were gone. But at least they patrolled Richmond Park After : -)

Yah we did. So first we told the cafe workers and they were like "we can't do anything cause they haven't done anything". And then the police were like "ok cause they haven't actually done the act yet, we can't do anything but we'll monitor the area", which was really frustrating cause it was obvious what the 2 guys in the mopeds were planning, but nothing could be done.
