On 9:44 why didn't the stealth ward reveal the kindred briefly? Does the control ward negate all vision right away? It looked like kindred was hiding in the bush the whole time.

Nah I think she just abused the fog of war well and walked into the bush after the pink disables vision

I've been playing league on and off for 12 years and in those years I've watched many series but none of them come close to this one! As a software engineer, we practice expressing our thought process while we work on solving a problem for interviews and day-to-day pair programming sessions. Having said that, I have to admit that I've never seen anyone with Shok's skill to express his thought process while at the same time performing so well. It's just quite insane. Love the series! Keep it going!

I think she's still pretty strong, especially if you play vs melee or short range comps. Some of the matchups are hard but both Syndra and Ori got nerfed a bit which makes it easier

slow and drag don't count for immobilizing, but normally you will have someone isolated with your R anyway so you will get the bonus QW dmg

It's pretty good if you can get away with it but you are giving up flash CD on cosmic which feels really bad some games. Probably something you look for if they have low threat on you + you're gonna win lane anyway

how to decide when to use phase rush or first attack on syndra?

Generally I take phase rush if I'm against ganking supp/JGs, first strike is greedier but if you can get away with it then it's good

if you had to learn many different champions for coordinated play such as on a university team at a masters+ level, should you learn them all indepth one by one (eg. 1 split, otp 1 champion) or try to learn all of them at once?

Yeah I think learn one by one, you'll find each new champion gets easier to learn as you get better at the overall game and overall classes

What makes the tenacity alone worth it in matchups where the enemy doesn't have much AP to get mercs?

Certain champs like Liss Zoe Syndra etc are really difficult to play against without mercs because the CC just lasts too long, against Liss for example it's so easy to just be chain rooted into death if you don't have mercs

This was last year so Liandry was pretty different, it used to just be the best on Syndra because Liandry gave ability haste as a mythic. Now Liandry is a lot worse on Syndra so I wouldn't build it often

This video made me realize the importance of adapting keystones in runes vs situational team comps , i'm Always used to go for first strike on syndra (simply cause it's the best for her) but sometimes when surviving is the most important thing you have to do then the phase rush is welcome I'm JEAFlashSword a 400 LP Peak ~ 150 games, GM/CHALL next season
