A video clip on TikTok in the U.S. became a hot topic. An employee who has worked at a global fast food chain for three years told me how to make a product. There's no such menu in Korea, but there are similar products in convenience stores.
I think I eat less, but you can see that many people who gain weight or don't lose weight drink sweet drinks. Based on the calories, it won't look like a problem. But considering what this stuff does to the liver, it's natural to gain weight.

- Basic prohibited foods: sugar (liquid fructose), flour, bad oil (most cooking oil extracted from beans or seeds), fried food, alcohol
