There are 2 parts to the human body, the physical side and the spiritual side (the soul). We know what the physical side needs. It needs food, water, exercise etc..
But what does the soul need? It needs Allah. Are you feeling down? It’s because you aren’t close enough to Allah. Get close to Allah by simply surrounding yourself with good people, people who love to talk about Allah.
