I dont really suck my stomach in i make the motion like im going to suck my stomach in but tense my abs up like there moving up vertically but my stomach remains flat . So this is a bad way ?

Dear Dr Jones. First thing I would like to say why can’t everybody explain bracing of the core as good as you? There is so much misconception about how to do this right? I have been a regular every day 7 days a week plank side plank bird dog clams for my glutes I have been trying to figure out the breathing and bracing thing for more, time than I can remember my question is that how you brace when doing normal plank and side plank
