Our internal critic is harsh, rigid, and seemingly unrelenting.
Putting a stop to it can feel a bit like trying to halt a runaway semi truck by jumping in front of it. Dangerous and ineffective.
But that's because most people don't understand the unconscious reasons for their internal critic in the first place.
In this video, I go over three reasons you may have developed your internal critic. I explore the ways in which your critic thinks it is serving you, and I offer you a path to a new world that is untarnished by your relentless self-attacks.

I enjoy your video; the content is great and very helpful. However, the delivery doesn't feel like I'm having a genuine conversation with someone who wants to take the time to explain concepts to a newbie. Instead, it feels like you're teaching in front of a class while reading from your notes. subscribed and liked the video !

Thank you so much for your feedback, I really appreciate it. I'm definitely still trying to figure out the best way to deliver the content! The videos will probably stay a bit like this for a while (sorry!), but I'm going to take your feedback to heart and see how I can do things a bit differently =)
