There are 3 way to for that toon player to screw with the enemy. 1. using shadow toon to otk them, 2. if shadow toon is negated, use comic hand to steal the 15 k monster, 3. if that negated as well use toon library of content to get a shadow toon or comic hand

I've noticed while watching gx that that's pretty much how they evaluate how good someone is, for example in one of the zane vs jaden duels zane starts out with poly and 3 cyber dragons and when he immediately plays it they are all like "oh wow he's sooooooo good" when it just seems like everyone in the anime kinda chooses their cards in the opening hand for what they feel like playing at that moment, its kinda ridiculous

The jist: His opponent did a long chain of summons to get a field of monsters out, including a 15550 ATK monster. He countered this with Toon Kingdom so he could activate Shadow Toon, which deals damage = ATK of a chosen monster provided you have Toon World in play. Toon Kingdom is considered Toon World once you activate it and pay the 3 card banish upkeep. He did all that just to get fucked by 2 spell cards.
